Snake Oil

It’s really easy to get down in the dumps about the state of things in the world. When it all seems like to much and the world feels like it’s crushing down on you remember that hope is always there. It can come from small places when you least suspect it so long as you’re open to it.
And there’s you’re Hallmark message for the day, now grab a beer;)
Why the title tho?
According to Wikipedia “Snake oil is an expression that originally referred to fraudulent health products or unproven medicine but has come to refer to any product with questionable or unverifiable quality or benefit.” In the comic it’s left more ambiguous. One can view the characters suicidal thoughts on the building rooftop as snake oil but in turn one could also view the butterfly as snake oil. At the end of the day it’s up to the reader which is real, but if you want my opinion, I personally think suicide is the snake oil.
