Pigeoned

All in all, it was a surreal experience.
After staring each other for a moment, I pulled into a nearby parking lot and opened my back door. Fortunately the pigeon didn’t start freaking out until I had parked. The pigeon flew out of my car and I never saw him again. I did have a bump on the side of my head for a few days afterwards from where the pigeons beak slammed into me.
