So many tea parties.

In a lot of these movies in which a demon is haunting or possessing a child, there is often a tea party or scene on a swing set. Demons must get bored of having to go through all that boring crap just to terrorize a family. Also, I can never tell if it’s the child actor or the pace of the movie, but when a child won’t respond to their parents in questioning, it always feels more dragged out than suspenseful to me.
